You too must be fond of eating carrot halwa. You must have bought it in the market. This is one of the expensive sweets. Actually, it is available in the market for around Rs 800 per kg. But you can prepare it in restaurant style in just 25 to 30 minutes. Carrot Halwa can be prepared at home at very low cost. In an easy way as told by Chef Patwari Kisko of the famous 11 into 11 restaurant of Bhagalpur.

Keep these ingredients ready before making
Chef Patwari Kisko told how you can prepare it. First of all you must have some items. For this you will need about half a liter of milk, carrots, cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, sugar, powdered milk and ghee. You collect this first. After that now let’s talk about the process. First wash the carrots thoroughly. After that, carefully remove the upper leaves i.e. its peel. You can round it, cut it into pieces or grate the pumpkin.

Prepare delicious carrot halwa like this
After that take a cooker and put some ghee in it. Add carrots to it and mix it thoroughly. Put 250 grams of milk in it. Put its lid on. After giving 5 whistles, you take it off. If you have Mawa then it is fine, otherwise take 3 small packets of milk, add 250 grams of milk in it and mix well. Take a pan and take half a spoon of ghee in it. Pour the milk solution into it. When it gets cooked properly, add sugar into it and stir until khova is formed. Take it off.

Don’t forget to fry dry fruits well
Now again put dry fruits in the pan and fry them, take them as per your convenience. Cut it properly. By then the whistle of the cooker will have gone out, you should mix the carrots in milk well with something. After that, add 1 spoon of ghee in the pan and fry the carrots in it. When it gets cooked properly, add khoya i.e. mawa in it and add sugar as per taste. In this way you can add 300 grams of sugar in 1 kg of carrots. When the water in your halwa is gone then add dry fruits. After that you use cardamom. It will take 30 minutes to complete this entire process, but your halwa will be ready at home. You can enjoy carrot halwa in this winter.
